2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

3️⃣ Ship the Item: Carefully package your item(s) in the original packaging and send it to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. We will process your return or exchange within 5-7 business days of receiving your package.
3. Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Exchanges
- Replacement Items: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return process outlined above and specify the item you wish to receive in exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

- Proof of Damage: You must provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, including packaging, for us to process a replacement or refund.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs for damaged or defective items will be covered by ZENTASONALI STORE.
6. International Returns
- Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
- Return Shipping Costs: International return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
